It’s now February, and if you got the chance to see our last newsletter on goal setting, you should be reflecting on how and if you met those goals.
If you feel a little less than optimistic that is more than okay – it is normal.
This month the focus is perseverance, an apt follow up to goal setting. We will be exploring the idea of perseverance, as well as the science, some personal tips and the dangers and traps not to fall into.
February is about positive reinforcement, or, perseverance. It is about developing your discipline so that you do not trail off your road to success.
The biggest dangers here are distractions and a loss of hunger. Distractions will trigger you to act in a way you might have previously.
A loss of hunger will cause laziness, and laziness will stifle any form of growth.
Perseverance is about staying true to yourself.
“If you’re going through hell, keep going.
– Winston Churchill
